A suspended police officer and his female relative were held yesterday in connection with the kidnapping of mother of two, Ria Sookdeo.
Police said a third man is also assisting in their investigations and they have also circulated a sketch of a man they want help in identifying in solving the abduction of the 34-year-old woman.

The sketch was circulated on social media yesterday and a police source confirmed that it was also shared among police officers.

The suspended police officer and his relative were held at a house at Rochard Road, Penal, where a Nissan X-Trail matching the description of the vehicle used in the abduction of Sookdeo was discovered.

What you does do,watch pictures alone? Why you don't read the story and see that she was kidnapped at a young age and held for three years. The picture is her when she gave the story for the article.

Yes, I was now pointing that out to some mates. The suspect Xtrail had whole front tint, the one on the tow truck had a strip of tint, plastic things over the windows and as tefler mentioned, chrome bits on the lights

........yeah.........something ain't right, along with the wrong x-trail(roro) that they seized from the lot in Penal opposed to the local OEM bought in by Massy that was actually seen in the video footage at the time of abduction

Black x-trail used, men dressed in police operational wear. TTPS sees suspended police officer with a black x-trail in the yard.

Next step arrest everyone in the house and seize vehicle. Fcuking shoddy ass investigation if any.
