surprised this hasn't happened to a West Indian given their lackadaisical attitudes and frequent sudden collapses. Though in true Windies style, them well just say f*ck it and go out there anyway.

Should have faced the first ball with it and then have it rectified. Guess he didn't think he really would have been dismissed like this.

T&T playing de jacka-- with Guyana.

Imagine 25/4, then 67/8 and they cannot bowl them out.

Dotish and coasting mentality set in. Bravo dropped sitter. Gabriel dropped sitter. Narine watched a ball pass him that should have been a run out and I think I missed a few other dropped catches as well.

No killer instinct. Guyana should never have made 80. They still batting with 8 wickets down.

Dotish dotish dotish.

But that's how West Indies usually bats. Those first 4 wickets that Guyana lost were to a trundler. The real batsmen gave away their wickets and the bowlers then showed how to bat with discipline.

So it's wrapped up that India Australia South Africa and NZ are the 4 semifinalists. Difficult to argue against them being the best teams.

Sri Lanka are now now banned by the ICC, England look out of ideas and Pakistan is well Pakistan.

Netherlands and Afghanistan came away well enough IMO.

Basically this and Windies or they made it probably would have finished last in the WC.

I won't say England are out of ideas, I think they just got complement and stopped trying. They needed a lil shake up after dominating so much these last couple years.

Afghanistan have guts though, loved their spirit this tournament

they really didn't get much competition from the other teams.
Will Bravo get a final call up to the WI ODI team...?
