the whole country is inundated with chaps selling weed, they all encroaching each others turf and resulting in this bloodshed

it is no longer a sole youth selling but they all have to be affiliated with some group to sell weed
many have graduated from weed into more organized crime rings

unfortunately criminals operate and live in close proximity to everybody where unlike in jamaica where there is large physical separation
