Is there somewhere we can report missing persons? A friend of a friend said his relative was fine on Friday despite the flood but he has been unable to reach him or find out where he is since. He's no longer at home and neighbors are confused as the waters are 3 to 4ft high and he couldn't have gone far.

They haven't reported it yet as it just happened, I just wanted to know if there's a hotline ODPM setup for cases like this.

Second question, another friend is very concerned about water damage to his hybrid.

How do those types of cars fair in flood situations? I know most regular petrol cars should be ok afterward (not perfect but fixable).
Have the last relative who saw the person alive go to the station nearest to where he is from go and make a report with a recent picture

SMR after Kelly heading south has water on the road. I suggest only pickups and SUV pass there. The highway is opened, it has water at parts but passable. I suggest don’t venture out unless you need to go out.

the southbound side is lower than the northbound yet water has to go westward across northbound
so any idiot could see that it will not drain off in a hurry

they gonna have to get the beetham culvert contractors to install some culverts to allow water to pass under
and/or build raised bridges in those areas, could be just a few feet higher

ok so government say school and thing go be normal tomorrow, but my question is what we looking at realistically with this new rain again?

Can we expect ANOTHER flood in St Helena? or is likely just some normal rain that will pass?

This rain ain looking 'normal' nah,no big fuss but just constant consistent and concentrated with very low visibility , same as the last few days..

In all this, the most significant positive is how peoples of Trini are raising their hands and rendering real help.
With what is being witnessed my country is still a place where we can still have hope that things could be better.
Maybe our politicians should take note and facilitate a national momentum of goodwill in preference to governance by divisiveness.
