Beef Bolognese cooked with red wine, sauteed mushrooms, angel hair pasta with fresh grated smoked parmesan cheese and a green salad, Pink Moscato to drink, quick food today but the fam loves it

Rib eye steak cooked with mushrooms, roasted small potatoes with baby carrots, boiled corn, sautéed choy in garlic and chili pepper, fresh homemade fruit punch with tons of ice .. cold ice box cake dessert.

Quick question...was going to make a calalloo later but I don't think Ill have the time as I going to work instead. Can you freeze the uncooked leaves? Should I blanch->shock in cold water->dry->vaccume seal or is that just going to be a waste of time? I dont want to waste de bush and them :(

For d pull pork do u have a smoker? Or do u put it in d oven for some hours??

smoker soon come, I did a pork shoulder that I dry rubbed, put it in the oven for 4 hours, I did use wood chips in a cast iron smoker tray at the bottom of the oven to add flavor though
