Spot on. Australia mashed up the U-19's today.

Well we have 5 t20is against the English...let's see how that goes. Plus England coming to take out their stress on us after what Aus did to them!!

Maybe WI should take their stress out on England for what Ireland currently doing us.

WI on their way to another sound cut-ass from Ireland and a series loss.

WI - 212 ALL OUT (44.4 overs) For 3 consecutive games against Ireland, the WI have failed to bat out 50 overs. I could imagine the licks in store from England or whoever we are playing next.

Ireland - 74/2 (13 overs)

Let me say it again:

Simmons, Pollard, Pooran have to go!

It is time to start charging the WI team for losing. 80% of their match fee for every loss. Bet you everyman will buck up.

^ For real all of them have to go. They should do the right thing and resign from their relative positions though, if they don't then they don't give a damn about WI cricket because all those guys are already wealthy enough with IPL money for the rest of their lives.

True. Cut ass in progress

Ireland need 52 runs from 102 balls.

These matches being played have an implication for WC 2023 qualification
Really don't see NZ, India and Pakistan staying below WI when it's all over.
Top 8 moves forward (India moves forward regardless where they place so essentially 7 spots are up for grabs)

If WI isn't at Rank 13, dead last, by the time 2023 rolls around I'd be shocked!

Trinidad hosting two games in the U19 WC today - one in QPO and one in Diego Martin.
Pity no crowds allowed.

Worse yet, look at the rankings in T20, England Ranked No. 1 and WI Ranked No. 10

That's a far greater gap than West Indies and Ireland in ODI's which they beat us just recently as West Indies is ranked No. 9 and Ireland No. 11 in ODI's.

So yuh could just imagine the kinda licks we looking over this coming weekend from England.

The only way to beat England is if dey still drunk from the licks dey get from the Aussies and all the beers they drank to drown their sorrows 2 days ago. But that and a green donkey ......

For we to have a chance to beat England is all the English players need to play with 1 hand tied behind their backs.

Doubtful WI makes the Super 12 at this point. Scotland is no pushover and should be a very challenging match for WI.

Whoever thought - Bangladesh and Afghanistan seeded in a group BEFORE WI and SL?

WI have been absoulte shiet for years in all formats. Two T20 WCs couldn't hide the inconsistency.

I'm not surprised at all. They may very well need to qualify for the 2023 ODI WC as well.

Great RARE win for WI, very sensible display of batting and bowling, didn't lose their heads and look to be hitting 6 and out. They need to maintain this consistency though, it's only the first match out of 5.
