Gordon Ramsay has a few videos demonstrating how to extract ALL the meat from a lobster. Even the spindly legs.
He makes it look so easy... but that is a 3-star Michelin level experienced chef.

And don't forget the use the lobster shells after and boil it down with with mild seasonings to make a perfect fish stock for some shrimp pelau a next day.

A bit overrated, tried it couple years ago.
Curry overPowers the taste.
Their rotis are excellent

Had some extra guava tried my hand at guava cheese.
Turned out a little softer than what I know, but flavour was spot on.
Didn't add pectin, which was prob my mistake.

Nah, took the flesh and blended it with (massaged and strained ) pulp. Time I was done, seeds were hella clean.

The last time I tried using seeds for a fruitbar, it was like gravel, even after the full oster treatment with strainer.
Wasnt sure if the seed remnants would have cooked down.

Wanna try some beetroot jam or jelly soon. Maybe with some birdpepper kick

How you should drink Glenfiddich Single Malt Scotch Whisky

Straight.

On the rocks.

With a bit of water.

With club soda.

With ginger ale.

In cocktails (Tart n' Sand, Royal Balmoral Punch)

But never from a styrofoam cup.

Bar b que chicken cooked with tomato sauce over an open fire using hardwood coals. Lamb with basil and oregano and a hint of italian virgin olive oil . Rice cooked with saffron and cilantro. Irish potato pie smothered with cheese and Irish butter. And washed down with Scottish highland whiskey. Upbeat Ravi Bissambhar music and Haagen Daz ice cream with eXpresso coffee.

That ain't sound better?
