Home this weekend so
Braised Beef rib in red wine for me
Mini Nut roast for the GF
Roast Potato
Grilled Cauliflower and Broccoli
Sauteed Savoy Cabbage
Steamed green beans
Yorkshire puddings
Had no interwebs last week, but had probably one of the best Sunday lunches/dinners in a very long time..Grilled Lamb Cutlets, Beef, Chicken thighs, Salmon and shitloads of salads...not to mention free flowing wine and beer all night. Dubai is a strange place but the food it really top notch!!
Next week is another story for Sunday lunch..lamb leg on an overnight cook, pig ribs on a 4 hour cook in the morning, Bavarian sausages with a apple and mustard dip for cutters. Then beef burgers to follow
Homemade slaw, green salad, Spanish rice, pasta salad, veg infused Cous Cous, grilled halloumi. possibly baba ganoush and hummous if I have the time...just hoping for good weather as its all going to be done outside.
