I stated and this is something EVERYBODY knows; how much ever the compensation package is, it's not the worth of the property; it's the worth of the property PLUS a DISTURBANCE ALLOWANCE which is given for displacement to residents in order to facilitate their moving.. Depending on the contents of the house, the size of the house, the landscaping, the salt water pool (With hot water) Land in Penal is selling for 400K/Lot [5000 SQ FT] at present, if you do not believe me go look at some your self in Debe and Penal.
If you have a Mercedes Benz.. When you drive it to Penal to go check your friend, does the price depreciate from 500K to 100K? And then when you return in the night to Westmoorings does the price sky rocket back up to 500K? My point exactly, if the house is worth that why not pay the man what his property is worth?

If he valued his house at 5.1M that's how sales are done, When all of you sell your cars on Tuner or anywhere you value it a few $1000 more and say Negotiable; not true? It's similar process for the sale of a house. You value it a bit more than it is worth and leave space for negotiation sir.
