Simply this is not the case. You make the mistake of assuming that entrance into Paradise is automatic without any trial or punishment.

There will be those (many) whose scale of bad deeds will exceed their good deeds and WILL be punished in Hell first before admittance to Paradise by GOD for a period of time that HE will choose. This "choosing" is not unjustly done, every single person will receive justice on the Day of Judgment.

Has not the Bible been "corrected" by man / bible scholars?

In what languages were the Bible written? Do those languages exist today in usage and understanding? Please post a link to these ORIGINAL manuscripts.

He allowed himself to die. Then He arose Himself back up to life and ascended to Heaven to receive an even higher exalted name as both Saviour and Lord.

It is not a competition, every person has a place in paradise or Hellfire booked. That person will make his/her choice.

And because of the number of those manuscripts spread across the known world at that time, it is pretty difficult to corrupt every single one.
