Santa cruz to point fortin in one hour and 15 minutes, not exceeding speed limit is just remarkable.

That new highway really works

Saw a howler monkey crossing the highway at La Brea Interchange. Never knew there were howlers in South.

Have a lot actually. I have a few vids with them, have to look for it. Tried howling back once, they didn't seem to like it.

Thier presence is prevalent around that particular forested zone along the NGC booster station.

That's the last place they want me. Id probably free all the animals or feed people to them.

I won’t call it finished. The La Brea to Vance River still to be completed and the slump on Mosquito Creek.

Just to correct you. The design of that road network was started under the PNM. Roodal Monilal of the UNC lead a protest against the highway project, but was happy to continue it when the UNC came into power.

the rest seems fine and it hasn’t spread

Actually that section was the original part of the almost 100yrs road. It could be that it was already compromised or at risk and the additional construction pushed it over the edge.

If I'm not mistaken that has no foundation. It's made from pushed down mangrove. That's what old my uncle explained.
