Hardhome and The Battle of Castle Black were the best IMO - but perhaps only because they had the most fantasy genre things in it.

He could have been a lot more effective with the right weapons.

When the Wildlings marched on the Wall one giant had a big ass bow that shoot a man off the top of the wall...agreed that Wun Wun alone coulda do some serious damage with any weapon...

Was waiting for dogbowl, since no cleganebowl; ghost vs Ramsay's dogs. Much disappointed.

Didn't know why Wun Wun tore the guy to pieces instead of swinging him like a club.

Epic battle with Ramsay vs Snow. I myself felt like I was suffocating watching Jon become buried under the pile of bodies. The circle formation of Ramsay's army around Jon's small group of men was pure genius. Cannot remember if I have ever seen that before on television. I did feel like Wun Wun was underutilized this episode though and I still don't know how I feel about Ramsay's death. by his own hounds. I wanted something more dark and twisted for him. But I must say that the actor who played Ramsay, Iwan Rheon, was brilliant at his portrayal! Cannot wait for this week's 69 minute finale.

Well he is still not a Targaryen since he was born out of wedlock.

What does wedlock have to do with anything once he has the blood in his veins?

If Jon could be recognised as king in the North w/o having the Stark name then why not

Allour is real noobs yes. Snow is a stark because traditionally the bloodline is passed from the father to son... not the mother. So once a stark was snow father, bastard or not... he is a stark.

events occurring in an episode do not follow the same timeline I believe...for all we know, the battle of the bastards was going on while Varys was in Dorn....

....or the battle of bastards was going while Daenerys was still in Dothrak?

only thing that makes sense IMO.

...I wonder if Jon is fireproof?

I'll take it. Thought Yara and Theon reached Volantis from Iron Isles sorta fast too so its easier to consider some events as concurrent rather than sequential

SPOILER if you didn't watch finale

Jon Snow is really Jon Targaryen or Jon Stark depending of which family name he takes.
Remember Targaryen kings guard were guarding the castle where his mother was at giving birth. His mother didn't say who his father was but Targaryen guard and stuff for history and lore indicate that his is half Targaryen.

No he is a Bastard and a Snow as he is a illegitimate child. His father was married to a Dornish princess and his mother was an adulteress.

Was it jut me or did anyone else see Tommen's leap coming a mile away? The only thing that would make it funnier would've been running footsteps.
