a heavy-hitter 1% own a house next to a public park ("wildflower park"). 1%er basically decide the park is he one. hire a security service to patrol the public park and run people. mysterious big signs erected on the public park telling people they can't come to the public park and signs saying it have pesticides on the flowers in the public park.

Philip shine them up and the ministry had to issue press releases saying it safe to visit the park and ppl free to book the park etc and now people can and do actually use the public park. the heavy-hitter 1%er doh like philip anymore, say philip hate he half-syrian heritage etc.

Not PNM under KCR, but their internal party governance and process is pretty strong. The only political institution on the landscape, which makes them that hard to topple.
Not UNC under Kamla. Have too much old blood soucouyants in there. Governance nothing.
Not PEP under anyone, because PEA claims it's for the people but we know he and KPB in the same boat. I was kinda on board in the earlies, but honestly his nonresponse and attitude to fundamental questions on his policies is a bigger red flag than the whole of PNM.
NTA maybe, but not GG for PM. He's just as much a loose cannon. Maybe his Mrs for PM.
