Was hard to tell. Hit the highway at 8, and the congestion broke up a little before UWI light. Don't know if it was cause of the usual crappy driver behaviour (texting, hair & makeup, leaving bus length spaces between vehicles). Price of a barrel of oil is 100+ USD currently so it is expected that the price of refined fuels go up also. We are now subject to global pricing/supply/demand.

Where the real beat up should be, is when the price of oil drops back down to 40-50, and whether the price remains the same or goes down.
