scrapped alpha rex and we built robogator...much more satisfying in terms of being able to chase stuff down and use jaws.....controlled via bluetooth too...pic is like wah yuh does see nah...maybe will upload one...

I'd recommend Lego City sets for the 8 year old

yeh was thinkin about starting him up with some city sets but not sure if to go with that or some star wars sets. :\

did some cleaning up last night...three Ferrari sets, including an Enzo, F430 and F1 car, Technic racing truck, two cranes (not the kickass big one tho), a tractor, a couple of Creator sets, all still unopened...I may have a problem :-/

For the Lotus 78 I started ordering aftermarket metal pieces including aluminium chassis, radiator grilles, brake components, seatbelt buckles and fabric harness straps, metal wing end plates etc......hoping to get an airbrush kit in January and start on those :-/
and yeah, I typically don't throw anything away :-/
