Did you use the standard 18-55 mm IS lens?? I have one but going to add a 100mm f2.8 macro to my collection, then i'll take a trip to the NY botanical gardens.. I love my lil XTi, after about 2000 shots in 2weeks of owning it i'm very happy with my purchase.. The D300 I was playing with is still the mac daddy, but my pockets ain't that deep :lol:

Anyone try using the 18-55 in reverse ?? It's mounted to the body with a $15 adapter and its a great "cheap" Macro alternative..

couldnt:( i needed a cable release dat was 30 seconds plus i dropped it like .19 to a darker exposure. let me bump it back up and tell me what yah tink
