Anybody using the Pebble Steel or Moto 360 care to comment on their real world usefulness?

The m8 doesn't have that problem whatsoever tho. Camera is still sheit to me.

And used a Samsung Galaxy gear and I would say it's very useful. Not having to check your phone to view a message or notifications. If the watch is rooted I believe there are custom roms that allow the use of a keyboard on the watch

Based on specs and prices, looks like Google is after the power users. No more "budget devices" per say.

The Nexus 9 interests me, but will wait to see how it stacks up against the Tab S to see if its worth the jump.

On the website outlining the new devices, there's the Nexus 5,6 and 9. Probably their intention was to keep the Nexus 5 as the top notch 5" phone while those who don't mind the 6" display can opt for the Nexus 6

That $399.99 price I saw is correct?

Moto made the nexus 6? I MIA a bit, have real work here.

Unless that phone warrants that $649 pricetag, I don't see myself upgrading from the Nexus 5 anytime soon. Usually a Nexus device offers functionality over a feature packed device or one with bloatware etc. To compete on this privetag range, this phone has to do a LOT. ( Yes I know the some of the cost of previous Nexus devices was absorbed by Google).

I think the nexus 9 is $399 for 16gb. If I remember correctly, the Nexus (FHD) was around $225 at launch.

If it was, that's almost twice the cost. Change in direction for the "Nexus" brand imo especially for the N6 @ ~$600 which puts it in line with mobile heavy hitters.

Will be interesting to see the market's response to the new look Nexus.

It will have it clients. Its more or less taking a bite into the phablets, the nexus 5 stands as the last smartphone in the line.
Question is: will the nexus 5 go on sale like the 4 did. I'm playing the waiting game. Still contemplating the 9 though.
