St Kitts would not get ICC certification today to be an international ground. However the ICC grandfathered existing grounds when they passed their ruling on boundary sizes so St Kitts retained their ICC recognition despite not having the minimum width requirements.

Just as an FYI the ICC regulations are -
19.1.3 The aim shall be to maximize the size of the playing area at each venue. With respect to the size of the boundaries, no boundary shall be longer than 90 yards (82.29 meters), and no boundary should be shorter than 65 yards (59.43 meters) from the centre of the pitch to be used.

See TKR got Chris Jordon for replacement for Hasnain. They shudda do a real ballsy move and get Jofra Archer. That would have been interesting.

The commentary this year real lacking. Apart from bishop, tom moody and danny morison the rest commentary crew just making the games boring. Its seems that CPL trying to cut cost or something. I donno. Also it's strange there is no DRS.

Not just you. I think this year is a bit boring because there haven't been more close matches. I can think of just 2 exciting finishes, the SKNP vs TKR super over match and the BT vs JT low scoring match a couple nights ago.

TKR has really lost focus ever since that rained out match.

To me the bowling is much more worrisome than the batting. Looks like Pierre has been figured out and last night apart Ali Khan leaking real runs. The other bowlers not doing so well either.

In a nutshell, they have not filled Hassnain's shoes...Narine still going through he tabanca so he neither here or there...a lot of all rounders, no lack of specialists...

Guyana just a notch above everybody this season.
Would be injustice to not win after the consistent season they have had. However knockouts offer the chance for the best to not actually win.

Ganga is a mini version of Bishop. Just not fluent and articulate in speech as bishop is. Bishop thinks that Dominic drakes is a future great bowler lol... go figure why. He complains that Romario Shepard has too many flaws in his bowling action (man bowling 145) to be effective. This entire tournament I’ve listen to the foreign commentators allow him to run his mouth on his nonsensical doctrine and could only imagine them laughing at him in their heads.

Good fair commentary I would say would come from people like nasser Hussein, David Lloyd, Michael holding, late tony cozier even jeffry Dujon, Ramiz raja Amongst quite a few other international ones.

I will class bishop in the category of tony grey and these local saddist whose generic views reflect them begging for supper. If someone is doing something on the field bishop always needs to find a way to include himself to take some credit for it or to apply negative criticism as to “I told you so”. You can learn so much about cricket and tactics watching an England vs Australia game listening to good commentary. Never the case with these sheit West Indian bunch commentating.

Caribbean people generally have thick biased wool over their eyes and very few can remove it. It’s genetic. It’s one of the reasons why the Caribbean is still backward politically, economically, in sport and almost all other disciplines.
