actually i heard they are having paghwa celebrations there Sunday being held by a different religious group, not Sat. They would start putting up the stage and other stuff on Sunday morning.

Swaha is the name of the religious organisation having their celebrations there sunday, so ive heard from a friend who was rolling with me for de sweat who lives around that area, he said its the norm there with Swaha on that grounds.
