Decapitated Tobago teenager was a suspect in the murder of a Toco pensioner, and he reportedly 'ducked' some Venezuelan men their narcotics.

Nineteen-year-old Armando Kenneth, aka Mando of Bethlehem Road, Bethel in Tobago, has been identified as the man who was found brutally murdered on Damien Bay in Blanchisseuse.

Kenneth was murdered hours after he reported to Santa Cruz police on Wednesday, February 5th, 2025, that he was a victim of a robbery.

Crime Watch was reliably informed that Kenneth, an alleged known shooter in the Tobago district, had been hiding out in Trinidad for some time.

He was wanted by officers of the Region Two Homicide Bureau of Investigations for the murder of retired Santa Cruz contractor 79-year-old Stalin Riley at his Toco home on Thursday, January 9th, 2025.

Riley was found murdered at his Rampanalgas Village, Toco, home hours after he made a report to the police that someone had broken into his home, which he had left secured on December 15th, 2024.

Riley was found bound, gagged, and wrapped in a red sheet in a room inside his home.

Kenneth, sources disclosed to Crime Watch, had also allegedly 'ducked some Spanish men' their narcotics, and as a result, he was brutally murdered.

It is believed the report he made to the police on Wednesday is linked to his subsequent murder.

The victim's head was found detached from his body, which bore additional marks of violence.

He had a tattoo that read, "Stay paranoid. Trust no one" on his lower stomach and his name, Armando, on his left forearm.

Police received an anonymous call just after 12 midday about the body of a man on the shoreline, and Blanchisseuse police responded.

The badly decomposed body of the victim was found in a shallow grave off Riverville Trace, Dibe Road, in St. James.
After weeks of intense investigations, Ian trekked into a forested area on Saturday, February 8th, 2025, where he was able to locate Persad's body.

The victim's remains were discovered a short distance from where the remains, believed to be those of Junior Taylor, were found on January 28th, 2025, by police.
