Same thing I said but them feel they know, I know this gonna be their smallest backpay ever, definitely not what they were hoping for

The beginning of this thread said that the pilots were being threatened with a 20 % salary cut.
They weren't really asking for increase .
So getting a 4% at the end is just prime .
They succeeded and came away with a COLA

I heard that the salary range is about 25k to 100k per month. What's the back pay for 10 years at 4%?
