did you all replace the florescent bulbs as well or only the incandescent bulbs? i did not have any of the cheap yellow bulbs only florescent and changed them to led 4 feet bulbs and saw no different in the bill.

The free bulbs are actually softer than the satco.Easier on the eyes I find.
All my bulbs are now LED.In addition to the house, I running 16 Leds in my grow tent @20 watts a piece.My bill is still lower than it used to be.
What raises your bill is motors of any kind

Yeah, I also heard about that free LED light bulb deal. From what I've seen, these free offers can be tricky sometimes. They might run out of bulbs or have specific rules we don't know about. If you haven't got your bulb, it might be a good idea to contact the folks who were giving them away.
