How much different is that super 92 to premium 95?
Would the 98 be an upgrade if ur accustomed to using 95?

He thinking of buying a barrel of regular one time.

But if you all say it eh go have any regular anymore soon well damn...

dont do that.

buying fuel in such a quantity is unadviseable ( like you riding on the highway)

fuel gets stale and gummy if stored & not used ..

reason why fuel doesnt get stale & gummy in the storage tank of the gas stations is that its sold out frequently and the supply truck delivers weekly.

You could use fuel stabilizer but that may defeat the purpose.

Different question: Isn't there a limit on the volume of fuel that you can purchase per visit?

Yes there is a limit on how much you buy in containers. If you filling direct you can buy any amount.

Ministry of Energy and Energy Industries wishes to announce the cessation of the supply of regular gasoline (RON 83) on the local market

The Ministry of Energy and Energy Industries wishes to announce the cessation of the supply of regular gasoline (RON 83) on the local market at this time. Following the closure of the Petrotrin Refinery the last stocks of regular gasoline were distributed by December 7, 2018.
The demand for regular gasoline has fluctuated between 8000 barrels to 10,000 barrels per month. Paria Fuel Trading Company which is now responsible for the supply of liquid petroleum fuels on the local market has informed that imports of regular gasoline (RON 83) would be uneconomical as the volumes are small, the fuel is not a standard grade and is rarely produced by most regional refineries.
The Ministry notes that regular gasoline (RON 83) has been the fuel widely used by fishing communities. The Ministry wishes to inform that super gasoline (RON 92) is a suitable and superior replacement and has been used in artisanal fishing vessels without adverse impact. A case in point is Tobago which does not have a supply of regular gasoline (RON 83). There have been no complaints by the fishing community of Tobago with respect to the use of Super Gasoline (RON 92) in their boats.

The Ministry regrets any inconvenience caused by the discontinuation of Regular Gasoline (RON 83).

Diesel more than doubled in costs and traveling fares didn't double.
I doubt fish prices will go up so drastic

That is drawing a false equivalence, buses and maxis usually don't transport one person at a time which means they can spread the increased cost of fuel over the number of passengers on board.

So even though they might have increased their fare by 1.00 which might seem like a small increase, based on the number of passengers, that cost is more than recovered

But know that the price will definitely go up... It could even be the excuse used to raise prices further

people getting raped /robbed/murdered throughout the country and it seems most of the police just making innocent citizens lives difficult. hours spent in road blocks daily to give someone a ticket for a blown park light.
the amount of traffic jams they creating is unbelievable
when they make a bust they have intel so its seems when they have roadblocks it to suffer the people

you think they want you to be aware of and enjoy your rights as a citizen?
they see that as a threat to their "authority"
