Wrong.

Hollow Point bullets are not illegal or banned under the FUL Act. Expensive, like ($11-$14) but not illegal.
The Corporal had his FUL issued firearm with hollow point bullets. (He was off duty)

The deceased Sergeant was on duty with his Police Issued 9mm Pistol with standard bullets.

Hollow points are more fatal due to the fact that they expand causing greater tissue damage.

On a side note, I personally find TTPS should be using this but their aim is to uphold the law and bring justice, not execute.

Personally I think these type of bullets should not even be manufactured in the first place. What is the purpose of it? On a further note I think guns are one of the worst inventions ever. What ever happened to masculine acts of face to face duels without weapons. Gone are those days.... I guess. On a daily basis people are resorting to the use of guns as a cowardly act to perpetuate violence on others. Get rid of guns on the whole.

Some cacahole sure to use this as an excuse to say how guns are bad and it kills people and that police should not be allowed to carry guns on them while off duty.

Totally had nothing to do with idiots fighting over somebody else wife / mampi
