Predictions on who would be the PNM equivalent of Rodney Charles?

What is Rodney Charles supposed to be? I know next to nothing about him.

It is alleged that he is an agent of the PNM planted in the UNC by the raging bull to destroy the UNC from inside out. He is blamed for one of the worst political campaign in history of politics he did everything possible for the UNC to lose the election.

If it is really true then damn smart move by Rowley. Thus far the evidence seem to support that he is indeed an undercover agent of the PNM.

a politician running for office says that they will support local farmers in their efforts to contribute towards building the nation


and less than a year into their term in office after the election they blatantly bulldoze acres of short term food crops.
ad a few years later offer a significantly sizeable grant to people to start various farming projects, their specifically chosen people, and 99.5% of the projects that were funded by said grant had failed within months of the issue of it, many of them never even getting off the ground, and no accountability for what the recipients spent the funds on.
