gee thanks Duane

How am I supposed to explain to my children when they see 2 men driving a hybrid. What if it will warp their minds and make them want to buy hybrids?

The advantage of CNG is that from the ground to the car not very much processing has to take place. The major cost in liquid fuels is the cost for refining. We also produce about 6 BILLION cubic feet of it every day in Trinidad. While it does have the disadvantages of using trunk space for a tank and causing a drop in power it is a cheaper fuel that also burns cleaner. Imagine if you did a hybrid with CNG, savings would be even greater.
especially in T&T where CNG and electricity are relatively cheap commodities for consumers.

Electricity is not cheap.

Ok recently confirmed that the camry hybrid battery is 25k and not 125k as I previously posted. My bad. Changes the economics drastically.

palos .i have made my point . The man was wrong. He did the cause for hydrids in Trindad no help by his comments. Any rational person can see that.

When you break down the things he said they made no sense.

Argue the points not silly emotional comments!

Carry on !

you still haven't shown where I was wrong. I am also yet to see a comment agreeing with you either.
