Obama says he will outline Isis strategy in speech on Wednesday

America and NATO was supposed to come to the aid of Ukraine in the event that she is ever invaded by Russia this was the agreement if she gave up her nuclear arms. Ukraine was betrayed simply because Obama is weak in the face of Putin and his Russia.
