just had this, caught you clean eaters mirin

Image

try giving yourself 250cal "sane calories" daily and fit it into your macros and you will never have to cheat or crave for a cheat meal. Everyday I do this and I have donuts, snickers, cookies, potato chips etc. and dont crave for anything. As long as daily caloric intake is at maintenance or below i wont gain weight. Waist still at 33" from 42".

Doh get started when u have a big meal infront u and u just thinkin u hadda clear it no matter what. That was me longtime but now im taking 1/2 portions out of big whole meals...try it fellarz. 1 chkn breast and 1 potato every 3 hrs as opposed to two breasts and two potatoes every 6 hrs...

yea smaller meals throughout the day seems to work for me to when keeping hunger at bay.

i have good insulin sensitivity for 37 year old, I dont get carb comas. Weight lifting and overrall exercise increases insulin sensitivity.

eat a load of carbs and get the itis. The body releases too much insulin to deal with the sugar from carbs because of being insulin resistant and it spikes your blood sugar level and then your blood sugar level plummets, this contributes to the sleepy and lethargic feeling you get after, also the serotonin release from the carb intake.

I'm talking about Tilak butter paneer, butter naan, cheese naan, aloo paratha, Rogan Josh etc.
Its my weakness.

Local indian food can be eaten once it fits into your macros.

Infact anything can be eaten once iifym.

I find african foods more unhealthy especially kfc. If you look at the calorie content for 2 doubles its not dat bad. Its jus when men want to eat 4-6 it get bad. Even simple things like coke has a high calorie content.

me eh know nah.
Paneer is essentially cottage cheese, so in its raw form it's not bad.
The problem is deep frying it, and soaking it in a butter based sauce.
