They were given a vehicle to use?

If not, should definitely try my idea of standing up outside to scare away people going to service.

I wouldn't say so. Toyota is being sued.

They reneged on their word and now it has to go to court it seems. loan still being paid by owner as per bank purview , at least the owner still has a courtesy, or rather discourteous car from them using.

I don't see the big maths. Car was stolen regardless of the circumstances. Insurance will pay and then screw over the firm for a free or discounted car by threatening to stink up dey name.

The " company " in question has tied up the insurance process, thus court seems to be the only option the person has. So it in the hands of lawyers now. " Company " management has proven to be liars and thieves.

Insurance should pay ...car was still insured and covered in owner's name, and it was stolen. The insurance should then take action against toyota for recovery of monies. And the owner should be stinking up toyota name if they not assisting him in getting back his insurance money. And I'd give him a heavy discount on his next vehicle purchase...

I try ah thing but I don't know if this is what was intended by the author.

I think that might just be a case of mamaguying, because they would expect the person to decline buying a vehicle from them ever again.

And if the person doesn't decline, but was stinking up toyota name in the meantime, they might most likely have someone squat over the engine (or any part of the car not covered in the new-car-plastic) before the car reaches the firm.

I've heard that to get your Money Back from the insurance they need to find the car or at least piece of it.
