They know the importance of that location. They KNOW that thousands of people's commute, pass right next to them. So they figure they could hold a huge portion of the population to ransom, when they throw their tantrums.

They need to level that area and relocate everyone there.

There is currently a massive exercise in Beetham lots of police officers and the TTDF has just brought in 2 tractors and a water truck there is even a prisoner transport truck and 2 choppers, most of the residents are on the PBR side but trust me there are enough police thorough the Beetham to deal with any situation from end to end
