When I am in Trinidad, I normally buy from the guy with the van on Ramsaran Street, Chaguanas, he is located by the Trinizuela sign, obliquely opposite the blue warden office building. Normally he is out around 6.00am in the morning together with his wife ( I think) , and they make the bara/pies/saheena etc on site. I like his doubles, it taste good, I also buy mainly from convenience since he is one of the few out so early ( and is walking distance from my house).
I return next month, so if anyone interested we can organise a Sunday morning eat out, I buying. Will post the exact Sunday when I am in Trinidad.

Cool brother, is no scene if not much people show up, I buy doubles every Sunday by myself an eat anyway , so if we have two or three or ten people showing .....it cool, we will ole talk . I think Rovin is on Eleanor Street so hopefully he may come across , he is withing walking distance too.
