I've been trying to embed a video clip but it doesnt seem to work.

use the [youtube] tag

copy the URL of the youtube video from the address bar
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=4-iI6UnKUCs

paste the video ID inside the [youtube] tags
that's it

so your code should look like this:

it disappears so that you can't bump it again for the next 12 hours. It will reappear after 12 hours.

using search is frustrating. the results are not filtering the relevant info.
the visual layout is not appealing.
can these things be tweaked in order to improve the experience?

Perhaps you are not using the search correctly.

the search at the top of the site is as it says "Google custom Search". It is a Google search that searches all of trinituner.com (blogs, events, pages, archives and forums). You can use Google booleans to search for keywords such as "Honda Civic" or "+Honda -Civic" if you want all Honda but nothing with Civic. See Google.com for FAQs on their search engine functions. As with any search engine, the results depend on the features and what has been indexed so far.

The forum specific search is located in the forums


You can also search a specific forum using the search at the top of the listing


And you can even Search within a specific thread using the search at the top of the listing.


The forum specific searches now give you highlighted keywords and will give you the exact post the keyword appears in.

Is this what you find to be difficult?

Also what about the site layout that you don't like?

i just posted a post in the classifieds section and forgot to put the price in the title and now i can't go back and fix it. Can anyone help me out here guys.

Perhaps this was covered already but I just noticed that after I closed and then reopened my browser (firefox) I was still logged in, and no, I don't have the 'log me in automatically' tab selected.

unless you manually log out, once the session didnt expire you will still be logged in. Closing your browser does not log you out.
