In 2021, if Group B really disagreed with the actions of group A over the last 25 years...they clearly have the resources and man power to step up and stop Group A in short order.

Its is easy and forgivable to arrive at a conclusion that Group A's actions are in some way endorsed,supported and financed by the rest of the Islamic world.
