He's suffering.
That's different than sufferer.
A sufferer usually holds down a cushy office job, and still begging like a vagrant because they live beyond their means and spend all their money to go Machel Monday.
That man probably don't even know or care that machel having a fete, but studying how he gonna eat tomorrow.

Or gorm man pick sense outta nonsense.

I really hear bout tha gas stealin ting but thought it was limited to ministry drivers.

They usually take the gas book, get it stamped...put $10 in the ministry vehicle and then swing back with their private vehicle to full the balance. Usually the pump attendant gets a cut to stay hush.

Didn't know police doin that too. Oh well.

Hadda be some duncey head checking that to not pick up the discrepancies.

An empty tank takes roughly the same amount every time provided is the same running the vehicle does. Might vary by a Lil $10.00 of so much.

I went a few times with the vehicle to full to make sure it takes what the paper says.

But if you put $10.00 in the vehicle tank and swing back with your b14 for the $90.00 then the vehicle tank still empty. When the bill says you do 50km with that last $100.00 fuel it eh taking an idiot to smell boolsheet.

Well they open the door for dig out eye there. Vehicle supposed to be serviced by the firm and only the firm.
You have a problem you call the firm.

Besides, no new brand vehicle burning oil just so and if I'm not mistaken is every few years they entitled to a new vehicle.

Tank full or tank empty mileage supposed to still correspond with only small discrepancies. Unless they interfering with the odo or fulling super and billing for premium but any idiot must know the difference in price plus the receipt states the type of fuel purchased.
