Morning guys. Was involved in a bad accident about 2 weeks ago with Turbo S . Was Comin fr St Clair hospital heading east at 1.30am. By Aranguez a guy fell asleep and drifting onto me coming down de right lane . I hit his drivers door and we both spun uncontrollably. I walked out and got help fr them. They were hospitalized but ok. I think my baby died protecting me! That’s what it was built to do…..( my impact was on left and fuel tank was compromised- fuel was running freely on de road- could have been an explosion like Paul walker- only disadvantage of the gas tank in de front in a 911. It was good while it lasted and was a fun driving experience!!

Deceased is 24 year old Simran Rahamat, a clerk, of Laltoo Trace, Penal. Initial reports stated that around 5:30 pm she was in the back seat of a blue Honda hatchback , along with her 16 month old son who was in a child booster seat.
They were with her father and a female relative proceeding east along M2 Ring Road.
Their vehicle overtook a line of traffic and collided with a Mack cement truck which was proceeding in the opposite direction.
The hatchback swerved off the road into the drain on the northern side of the road near Debe Secondary School. Rahamut died at the scene while fire fighters used the Jaws of Life to take her father Afraz Rahamut, 50, out of the mangled wreck.
Her 46 year old father, her baby and Amida Rahamut were taken to the San Fernando General Hospital.
As long as it doesnt fit the "all truck drivers are arseholes" narrative, facts are always scarceProtonPowder wrote:Man really kill his own daughter. I was wondering why the accident details were so scarce.
Same thing I keep saying that workers don't care. It's not their rep on the line and some are the reason why HSE has become so big of an issue. Rumour has it that the truck belongs to a popular hardware and variety store in the zone. It's a heap of Venezuelan nationals they hire from around the area. And from having some work for me I can tell you it's the worst choice any employer can make. They don't care, reckless, senseless and just existing. Y'all need to understand some of these come from a river bank and not accustomed to civilized life or basic amenities. A simple things like turning off a tap after they use it is a concept they can't comprehend.redmanjp wrote:hmm. a few inches higher and they would haven been decapitated!
