911 Turbo?

No matter the actual cause (whatever that may be), I'm sure the public/police/all parties will automatically blame the 911.

Seems this happened 2 weeks ago
Morning guys. Was involved in a bad accident about 2 weeks ago with Turbo S . Was Comin fr St Clair hospital heading east at 1.30am. By Aranguez a guy fell asleep and drifting onto me coming down de right lane . I hit his drivers door and we both spun uncontrollably. I walked out and got help fr them. They were hospitalized but ok. I think my baby died protecting me! That’s what it was built to do…..( my impact was on left and fuel tank was compromised- fuel was running freely on de road- could have been an explosion like Paul walker- only disadvantage of the gas tank in de front in a 911. It was good while it lasted and was a fun driving experience!!

Think someone lost their life today just before curepe interchange heading east...before 6am...caused some rubberneck traffic on west bound.

the sad part is over 2 hours and the police aint drag those cars to the side of the road and clear up traffic. Yes if they waiting on the hearse well they confirm she dead. drag the vehicles off the road and let traffic flow.
Make the north bound single lane and let some of south traffic move.

conflicting reports on who/which vehicle crossed over.
bottom line is the highway barriers need to be put back up at least in well known areas where this happens.

cable barriers do work, liable party insurance should be made to pay for them.

Cause of death established?
The van did not look completely totalled, it could have been a secondary event like cardiac arrest or something

A Hyundai Accent hit a Hilux and the Accent occupants survived and the Hilux driver died?

Guardian reads the incident differently. She was driving the "Honda" (sic) Hyundai Accent and crossed the median and died. Ford Ranger was ok.

https://www.guardian.co.tt/news/freeport-woman-dies-in-crossover-accident-6.2.1971367.b190a848f7

A Freeport woman was killed in a cross-over accident along the Solomon Hochoy highway around 3:45pm on Monday.

Azizah Mohammed, 38, of Freeport, died at the scene.

According to Police, a grey Honda Accent was driving south when in the vicinity of Gasparillo, Mohammed lost control of the vehicle and crossed the median.

The car crashed into a white Ford Ranger which was headed in a northerly direction.

Mohammed was pronounced dead at the scene by a district medical officer.

The driver of the white Ford Ranger and a male passenger in the Honda Accent were taken to the San Fernando General Hospital.

The driver just couldn't help himself with his jackass c#nt driving even with the baby on board passenger. So sad, look what he did to his own daughter.

https://www.guardian.co.tt/news/mother-dies-in-car-crash-baby-escapes-death-6.2.1974136.ef1749851f

Deceased is 24 year old Simran Rahamat, a clerk, of Laltoo Trace, Penal. Initial reports stated that around 5:30 pm she was in the back seat of a blue Honda hatchback , along with her 16 month old son who was in a child booster seat.

They were with her father and a female relative proceeding east along M2 Ring Road.

Their vehicle overtook a line of traffic and collided with a Mack cement truck which was proceeding in the opposite direction.

The hatchback swerved off the road into the drain on the northern side of the road near Debe Secondary School.  Rahamut died at the scene while fire fighters used the Jaws of Life to take her father Afraz Rahamut, 50, out of the mangled wreck.

Her 46 year old father, her baby and Amida Rahamut were taken to the San Fernando General Hospital.

As long as it doesnt fit the "all truck drivers are arseholes" narrative, facts are always scarce

Same thing I keep saying that workers don't care. It's not their rep on the line and some are the reason why HSE has become so big of an issue. Rumour has it that the truck belongs to a popular hardware and variety store in the zone. It's a heap of Venezuelan nationals they hire from around the area. And from having some work for me I can tell you it's the worst choice any employer can make. They don't care, reckless, senseless and just existing. Y'all need to understand some of these come from a river bank and not accustomed to civilized life or basic amenities. A simple things like turning off a tap after they use it is a concept they can't comprehend.
