West Indies captain Jason Holder suspended for St Lucia Test

West Indies will be without their captain, Jason Holder, for the third Test of the series against England after the ICC suspended him.
Holder was held responsible for his team's slow over rate during the win in Antigua. West Indies wrapped up the three-match series with a second successive win - this time by 10 wickets - within three days in Antigua. They won the first Test in Barbados by 381 runs within four days.
The man likely to step in for Holder is vice-captain, Kraigg Brathwaite, who led West Indies in two Tests on their tour of Bangladesh last year, which Holder missed due to injury.
After the match at the Sir Vivian Richards Stadium, Holder dedicated West Indies' performance to the family of Alzarri Joseph, who played on despite the death of his mother on the third morning. Victory gave West Indies their first Test series win over England since 2009.

St Kitts & Nevis Patriots, the Caribbean Premier League franchise, has been sold to Hong Kong-based company City Sports.
No specific reason for the change in ownership was stated in the CPL release that announced it. The release quoted former owner Dr Uday Nayak as saying: "We feel we have taken the Patriots as far as we can, and it is time for us to hand it over to more experienced hands. We are delighted to have found new owners like City Sports who have a history of investing in cricket and want to take the franchise forward."
City Sports had also bought Bloem City Blazers, one of the franchises in Cricket South Africa's binned Global T20 League. It also owns own City Kaitak in the Hong Kong T20 Blitz.
The CPL release, in expanding on City Sports' operations, said: "The company is headed by Sushil Kumar and Naren Kunder who are based in Hong Kong. Mr Kumar has investments in event management, information technology, food and beverage and sports management. Mr Kunder has business interests in the garments industry, stationary and electronics."
"With a total economic impact for the Hero CPL 2018 being in excess of USD 27 million, we are looking to bring a greater economic impact to St Kitts & Nevis in 2019 and beyond," Sushil Kumar said. "We are also hoping our investment into the St Kitts & Nevis franchise is a catalyst to further investment into the country and growth of its economy."

Shannon Gabriel: West Indies bowler banned for four ODIs after comment to Joe Root
West Indies fast bowler Shannon Gabriel has been banned for the first four one-day internationals against England.
Gabriel, 30, accepted an International Cricket Council charge over comments he made to England captain Joe Root during the third Test in St Lucia.
In reply, Root told Gabriel: "Don't use it as an insult. There's nothing wrong with being gay."
It takes Gabriel's total demerit points to eight in a two-year period, resulting in a four-match ODI ban.
West Indies host England in a five-match ODI series starting on 20 February in Barbados.
Gabriel was due to be rested for the start of the ODI series but was added back into the squad following injuries to Rovman Powell and Keemo Paul.
'Root's response showed integrity and leadership'
The original comment by Gabriel was not picked up and Root, 28, refused to explain after play on day three exactly what was said.
After England wrapped up victory by 232 runs on Tuesday, Root said he "just did what I thought was right".
Gabriel was charged under article 2.13, which relates to the personal abuse of a player, player support personnel, umpire or match referee during an international match.
By accepting the charge, Gabriel was fined 75% of his match fee and picked up three demerit points.
On-field umpires Rod Tucker and Kumar Dharmasena and third umpire Chris Gaffaney levelled the charge against Gabriel and, because he accepted the sanction of match referee Jeff Crowe, no formal hearing took place.
He already had five demerit points from two previous incidents.
Gabriel received three demerit points for making physical contact with Pakistan's Sarfaraz Ahmed in a Test in April 2017 before picking up two more for shoulder-barging Imrul Kayes during the first Test against Bangladesh in November, which saw him banned for the second Test in that series.
