UWI STUDENT DIES

The mangled Honda Fit vehicle which claimed the life of UWI student, Kerissa Maria Dowrich 22, seen at the San Fernando Police Station on Sunday afternoon. On Saturday night Dowrich and two friends Dana Corbie 22, and a male friend went to get dinner when a vehicle crashed into them near La Romaine. Kerissa who is in her final year at UWI and was expected to graduate next week, died on impact during the fatal crash, Corbie and their male friend ar in critical condition and the San Fernando General Hospital.
