Years ago, i use to laugh at persons who ketch their ass under the same pnm government that they voted for. Then to realize I was fooling myself because those same persons will go back and vote pnm no matter what, and when the party wins they have the last laugh. When you are supposedly the leader of/in charge of something, you are supposed to be fully in control of that thing, and quite literally EVERYTHING that occurs under your supposed leadership, is by default your fault and your responsibility, no excuses, no exceptions, at no time, for no reason. True leaders are fully aware of this, and accept the lumps or kudos as they come as a result of their leadership.

If I put you to run a billion dollar company, and one of your piss poor decisions causes the company to go belly up, whose fault you feel it is, yours, or the janitorial staff?
