From the vid he was shot in the chest area possibly lung damage and none of his collegues or him had an IFAQ (individual first aid kit) with chest seals and the nescessary training to use it that could have saved his life. I've also seen precepted FUEC holders on the range with mininal firearm training to the point where some decide to take courses on their own. The security industry seems sorely lacking in many areas

Saw pics of him on job prior carry shotgun so appears he may have had the job of guarding the other guards.

He likely suffocated to death when his lungs couldn’t pump air after punctured.
I always wonder how effective them chest seals are.
