Cool with the Florida. I went to a few coral places up there already. Love "world of corals". Make sure and bring down most of your stuff from up there and bring it down to set up your tank in TNT. Things are real expensive in TNT. Bring down your pumps, lights and skimmer...............would work out better in the long run.
What do you feed your corals by the way.

I asked this already and was told it was turtle grass but from my research it does not look like that.

Anyone know what it is?

I would try. Might need a camera. Took those with my phone close up to the glass. I think the pics can maximize.

Like what? Please share for the benefit of all. What excuses did you use?

I told them it was just fish food but I asked them to refrigerate it for me and I guess when they took it out the packaging they saw the pods swimming around. So they requested a license which I did not have. So I emailed them a picture of my mandarin and told them his death was on their hands, caused the food was for him, lol. So I guess they felt sorry for him and allowed it in the country. Don't think it will work a second time though. The pod were alive, it was supposed to be a thousand in the bottle but I did not see that much swimming. So maybe there were some casualties.

They clump before you even mix it or is this while mixing in the water or do you use portions out of the bags?

I get the same problems with the Instant Ocean brand (Reef Crystals) and I talking even when Raj gets new stock. Many people has had the same issues in the US and there was info out from IO that nothing is wrong with the product. Even the brown like residue that you get is un-dissolved product that is not harmful. All I just do is drop the bag a few times to break up the salt and when you open the bag it breaks up.
