Saw a youtube video, take a white sheet of paper, lock the keypad, and place the phone screen down on it, and roll it around quickly for a bit.

Check youtube for a video on how to do it, it's pretty simple and actually works, i tried it already.

Just search "blackberry trackball sticking" or something like that

runnin a 8520,,,os 4.6...trying to upgrade tu os5 but when i hit update the pc and device going blank..i leave it for 4 hrs...n nothin change...still runnning os4.6
and no i didnt unplug the device during the process
and yes i deleted the vendor.xml file
