Can't seem to upload videos to my IG account. I'm on KitKat using aviate launcher and I haven't rooted yet. Anyone know a fix?

Apple waits until everything is stable and then they release it with their phone or iOS update. Exaple: slo mo video and fingerprint sensor

Then they want to sue tablet manufacturers and laptop manufacturers who implement the wedge design

Yeah it does but it's not solely based on the feature. The iPhone can record at 120fps while the slow mo feature on other phones are limited to the general range of 60fps meaning you'll get a much smoother slow mo on the 5S. Of course if its just the feature alone you looking for and not the absolute quality then there are a lot of third party apps that allow it for Android.

damn.... had no idea play services was screwing everyone over.... one of the things i did was temporarily disable its permissions to keep the phone alive/wake it up through privacy guard (i have CM11), have no idea if that played a significant part in my fixing the prob

possibly eh. When i use my phone with my bluetooth in the car it does it also now that you mention it but it doesn't drain it for longer than i used it. Just verify its usage time and see.
