That is a somewhat bewildering statement. Particularly since nearly all US cities that established early police forces were in northern states, and did so by the mid 1800s. Mind you black people had to work for free in Trinidad as slaves eh. Indians although paid little atleast were not slaves just second class citizens. Why hasn't the PNM given black people free land in a country with endless state land? because the PNM is part of the British structure setup to ensure that blacks were in some form or another to remain slaves and not elevate.

On topic, i have not researched political parties pushing drugs in certain areas so i cannot comment but I guess you will have your facts and proof.
What i can say is that, we have many blacks from these areas who were able to acquire the correct mindset to better themselves and progress in life.
We have to forget slavery and focus on getting blacks to actually WANT to move forward. We need to find ways to get blacks OUT of stagnancy and into determined and ambitious thinking. We cannot continue to allow these excuses to be vaild reasons for complacency.
The number of opportunities for blacks far more exceeds matters/situations on racism and discrimination.
The oppressed behavior of blacks should be for the minority and not for the majority.
