I know its hard to embrace the fact of eating extra and puting on an extra 5lbs even after you worked so hard to lose, right now im trying to add a little extra muscle in certain areas and break a plateau, so im gonna have to eat through it, forever bulk mode. It heaven, no lie, to eat slightly over maintenance 2800 cals plus on IIFYM its like eating close to how I use to eat, but as soon as I hit my goals im gonna have to cut and its gonna suck but i wont feel bloated as sheit lol :lol:

bulk mode engaged! already had a 1000cal breakfast :mrgreen:

parents "took out food" yesterday, so I mash ah 2 dhalpouri with all the different talkarie last night for dinner.....plus after that ah gnam down ah bowl of HBO with milk......FAWKKKKK!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

is level wacka dis evening yes!!!!! them 10ft+ grass really is ah killah....

my MAX would prolly be 40lb dumbbells, and id either take long to do it with good form or lose good form... and thas on a good day forcing it. Normally id just use 30lb dumbbells. 3 sets x 12,10,8,6

Most i can curl is a 55lbs dumbel 8-10 proper reps on my best day and im a little dude, cant remember last time i even did dumbel curls. Im not a ego-lifter, i reduce if i have too and focus on the contraction.

thats 3 sets, the 12.10.8.6 are reps. I do reps slow and with a certain tempo to focus on Time under Tension

Nice pancake recipe ALLTRACK!!!! 50g of protein, that real best!
Imagine if yuh jink a protein shake(30g and up) with that 50g pancake :twisted:
Prob wont be able to move after eating/drinking all of that :lol:

Easing into a routine, haven't exercised consistently since last year.

Starting back @ 150lbs, need to find out my current BF as well. Gonna get bigger than sharky, watch and see :|

So hear nah, o lost a lot of muscle mass from when i stopped training consistently.

What i'm getting at is the biceps is the muscle that everyone targets on, so post yuh stats.

I will start first, presently at 15.5 inch. Aiming for 17" by year end.
