Yea and it will make event disappointing even more.
I hope it's some elaborate scheme to throw us off.
Otherwise I'm sure Tim Cook is looking to fire people.

alot of people are going to be disappointed because they are expecting the iPhone 5 to be a spaceship from the future

they will be most sad when they realise it's just a really good smartphone

INbeforedisappointment.
wait im too late...
I said it already though, my next device would be an iPad Mini. iOS 6 runs well on an i4 and unless the i5 has teleporting or some crazy crap, I don't see why I should get a new iPhone. (besides replacing my battery of course)

LTE (an acronym of Long Term Evolution), marketed as 4G LTE, is a standard for wireless communication of high-speed data for mobile phones and data terminals. It is based on the GSM/EDGE and UMTS/HSPA network technologies, increasing the capacity and speed using a different radio interface together with core network improvements.[1][2] The standard is developed by the 3GPP (3rd Generation Partnership Project) and is specified in its Release 8 document series, with minor enhancements described in Release 9.
The world's first publicly available LTE service was launched by TeliaSonera in Oslo and Stockholm on 14 December 2009.[3] LTE is the natural upgrade path for carriers with GSM/UMTS networks, but even CDMA holdouts such as Verizon Wireless, who launched the first large-scale LTE network in North America in 2010,[4][5] and au by KDDI in Japan have announced they will migrate to LTE. LTE is, therefore, anticipated to become the first truly global mobile phone standard, although the use of different frequency bands in different countries will mean that only multi-band phones will be able to utilize LTE in all countries where it is supported.
Although marketed as a 4G wireless service, LTE as specified in the 3GPP Release 8 and 9 document series does not satisfy the technical requirements the 3GPP consortium has adopted for its new standard generation, and which were originally set forth by the ITU-R organization in its IMT-Advanced specification. However due to marketing pressures and the significant advancements that WIMAX, HSPA+ and LTE bring to the original 3G technologies, ITU later decided that LTE together with the aforementioned technologies can be called 4G technologies. [6] The LTE Advanced standard formally satisfies the ITU-R requirements to be considered IMT-Advanced.[7] and to differentiate LTE-Advanced and Wimax-Advanced from current 4G technologies, ITU has defined them as "True 4G".[8][9]

"Just last quarter we sold a whopping 17m iPads.

Now to put this in perspective, we sold more iPads than any PC manufacturer sold of their entire lineup. This brings us to a total of 84m units. Shocking when you think this is a category that didn't exist two and half years ago.

Now, our competitors have taken note of this. They've launched hundreds of tablets. Last year, we had a 62% marketshare. So what happened over the last year. Well, the latest data shows the iPad with 68% share. It actually went up! iPad accounts for 91% of all the web traffic from tablets. I don't know what these other tables are doing.

They must be in warehouses or on store shelves, or maybe in someone's drawer."

Funny, Tim... funny.

iPhone 5. Same phone as leaked images. 4" screen. 16:9 ratio

Phil: "This is the monumental challenge we had — can you make a phone with more features that is smaller and lighter. Anyone can make a bigger phone."

Phil: "Why did we make it this size? It's because of your hand. It should fit there. That's how we designed the iPhone 5."

"1080p video, improved video stability, face detection — you can take photos while shooting video."

Sounds handy.

HD front and rear cameras.
