Just now they planning on using a demerit system...
Going to court to challenge a ticket might mean no points on your license

Fellaz Gone to court again Matter get throw out till 2019 now the PC gave written evidence no pictures so what to do here now.

Just FYI there are police on high street, San Fernando who are checking tint at random by stopping traffic when they are patrolling.

No tickets yet just warnings.

So Fellaz went to court this Morning for the 4th time in 2 years for a tint case. Police did not show up after 1 out of 4 times during the hearing an Magistrate dismiss the case. Only thing magistrate ask how you plead Responded Not Guilty
