Depends entirely on the parcel size and access to the boundaries. Best thing to do is call and ask for an estimate, mention the land area and terrain, estimated perimeter and road access conditions.

The TnT Institute of Surveyors have a pricing guide, but it looks so hopelessly inaccurate that i wont bother to link it, next thing you drop down.

Here is an older cadastral for that large area without the details yo need, for the land west of the SS Erin road to near the Godineau bridge, if is on the eastern side of the SS Erin road i can post that after

From quite 1980. The newer ones are harder to come by for free, but if you have friends in the right places you can get them.

These maps are still good for most applications, other than seeing the most recent subdivisions and developments.

An average small in ground pool around 10 by 15 feet starts at around 60 to 70k complete the last time i checked....any other add ons like hot tub, water features light etc. Can quickly bring you to about 100k.

So basically $450 per square foot is more realistic?

Guys, I looking for someone to do a kitchen counter with the cupboards and sink, about 20ft of counter in total. Preferably someone in central.

What's the best way to go, cast with concrete and then do the countertop and wood framing?

Anyone ever do countertops using concrete board and then put a surface on it (looking at doing epoxy)?

always depends on your budget and willingness to hire skilled labour ie $$$

most unskilled labour method is to build out of concrete and tile it with big tiles

the current big money style is cast concrete countertops where they make the actual slab in an mdf mold upsidedown and install like granite or solid surface, very nice when properly done and finished/coloured

What are the local options for recessed lighting aside from those cheap integrated LEDs, and Chinese made cans?

I find them cheap imitation lights fixtures carrying the prices of the actual originals...

All kinda 3k and 6k and 9k for plastic molded rubbish.

Also ...

Hire an engineer to review the pool specifications and location etc.

I'm planning on using BR30 LEDs throughout, but the only cans that are available are the cheap Chinese ones. Similar to these

As opposed to

Which I've used before, but in North America.

Have you contacted Target Solutions Limited? They are the representatives for the Vollner brand of LED lighting.

I know some of these units are supposed to last a ridiculous amount of time, which is what I am skeptical about and if it fails, then what? With a housing that can accept standard e26/27 bases I can change them when they fail, have more flexibility with changing the color temperature of a room to match paint and furniture etc...

Lighthouse. I bought mine there. They had 6'' and 4''. I think I paid like $140.00 for the 6''

What outdoor paint and primer do you guys consider the best in terms of durability. Got 5 years with Berger.

Berger or Kaleidoscope primer is excellent and Berger or Penta paints lasts a good while.
