The Minister is essentially an Administrator with technocrats to advise on matters specific to the core of the Ministry. It is not necessary to have a competency in the particular Ministry field to be the Minister. It would be nice to have but not a real necessity. Whether Roamfa is a competent Administrator is another question.

Prior to September 2015 there were numerous posters on this forum commenting with solutions to everything from roads to health care. Since this waste of time government has assumed office they have done and achieved absolutely ZERO and yet those same commenters have gone silent.
