You may have to order the screen from eBay etc and get someone locally to install it for you. Most of those iphone repair places can do it. There are so many models of iPads that it might be tough finding a place with that SOE I fix model screen in stock. Places more stock phone screens.

Just updating.
Did it at Mr Bionic. They were the first to respond out of those I contacted and also gave a 45 days warranty (think the others were like 7 days). Service was good and I could have gotten it back in like a day; they upfront said it was not an original apple replacement part. Price, well yea....$999!
