Most people will never understand how hard decisions of this nature are because they will never be in such a situation. Sometimes in business you are forced to choose between what's best for you and what's best for your business. Adding large sums of money to the equation only helps to confuse the decision making process.
Staying at Barcelona is what's best for the Neymar business but moving to PSG is better on a personal level. Either way you can't really be mad at a man if you've never had to make such a decision and realised how difficult it must be.
Last year Messi expressed interest in moving to City but Barca supporters pretend as if that never happened. It's all just noise from people who have no skin in the game.
